My story
I baked six dozen for a school fundraiser, and people kept asking where they could buy more. Four years later it is still just me, still the same kitchen, still made the week you order it. I bake what I would want to eat, and I would rather tell you I am full than rush a batch.

Not through the website. I confirm your order first, then take payment on the day: cash, card or transfer, whatever suits you.
Check the date picker on this page. It only shows dates I can still take, so if a date is there, I can make it.
I bake from home under my state's cottage food rules, which is why you'll see the notice on this page. Ask me anything about how I handle and store what I make.
Tell me what to avoid in the notes when you order and I'll be straight with you about whether I can do it safely. My kitchen isn't allergen-free, so for a serious allergy I'd rather say no than guess.
Message me as early as you can. Before I've started baking it's no trouble at all.
