My story

One Kitchen, One Pair of Hands

I take a handful of cakes a week and no more, because the alternative is doing them badly. Every one is decorated the day before it goes out, and I would rather turn a Saturday down than hand over something I am not proud of.

Celebration Cake $70 / each

Three layers, Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated the day before it goes out.

Booked a week ahead

Olive Oil Citrus Cake $42 / each

One tall layer, glazed with blood orange. Serves eight to ten.

Chocolate Stout Cake $48 / each

Dark, damp and not too sweet, with a cream cheese top.

Marionberry Hand Pies $22 / half dozen

Oregon marionberries in a flaky butter crust.

Hazelnut Morning Buns $20 / half dozen

Laminated dough, brown sugar and toasted Oregon hazelnuts.
