Before We Arrive
We bring our own water and power. This is the short list of what has to be there when we show up.
About 15 feet of space Required
Roughly one and a half parking spots, so we can open every door and walk around the vehicle.
A tap is nice, not required
Our rig carries its own water. If a tap is handy we'll use it, but nothing depends on it.
Power for the bigger jobs
Paint correction and ceramic work need a standard outlet. Everything else runs off our own battery.
Keys, or someone home Required
We need to open the doors and move the vehicle a few feet. Leave the keys with us or be around for the first five minutes.
We book a window, not a minute. You get a text when we're on the way, usually about 30 minutes out.
No travel fee within 15 miles.

Travel is charged once per visit, not per vehicle. Two cars at one address pay it once.

Yes, our rig is fully self-contained. We bring our own water tank, generator, and all supplies. You don't need to provide anything.
Most details take 2-4 hours. Full details with paint correction or ceramic coating can take 6-10 hours or split across two days. We'll give you a precise estimate when you book.
Not at all. Many of our clients leave us a key or garage code and we work while they're at the office. We'll send you photos when we're done.
We'll reschedule at no charge. If we're already on-site, we'll move under cover or come back another day.
Light pet hair is included. Heavy pet hair is a $50-100 add-on depending on the vehicle. We'll quote it when we arrive.
Our ceramic coatings last 2-5 years depending on the package, with proper maintenance.
