How long does a patio take to build?
Most patios take one to two weeks on site once the plan is signed. A full outdoor room with walls and a fire pit runs four to eight weeks.
FAQ /02
Will it heave through a Colorado winter?
Not if the base is right. We dig out, compact the base in layers and set a proper slope, which is what keeps a patio level through freeze-thaw.
FAQ /03
Do retaining walls need a permit?
Taller walls usually do. We handle the engineering and the permit whenever a wall needs them.
FAQ /04
Do I need to be home?
Only for the site survey. During the build we just need access to the yard.
