Our Story
Born on a Side Street, Raised on a Flat-Top Griddle
We started this truck because we missed the food we grew up on, and we couldn't find it anywhere in town. So we built it ourselves: recipes from family, ingredients from local farms, a battered second-hand truck and a lot of long nights. Today we serve neighborhoods, festivals and weddings, and every single dish goes out with the same care.
