Maybe. Our free design tells you honestly. Some roofs do not have the orientation or shade conditions to make it work. We have told three of the past month's leads to wait or to skip. Honest design before a sale.
Most rooftop systems are one to two days on the roof, one day for the electrical interconnection, and an inspection appointment. From signed contract to operational system is typically four to eight weeks depending on Duke's interconnection queue.
Yes. Federal investment tax credit, Duke Energy rebates, and any current state-level incentives are submitted by our office. The credit is reflected on the invoice when it clears.
Our installs carry a 25-year production warranty. If the system produces less than modeled, we owe you the difference. We have rarely had to pay out, because the modeling is the honest part of the process.
