Plumbing Emergencies
Water Where It Shouldn't Be? Call Now.
Burst pipes, sewer backups, and dead water heaters don't wait for business hours. Neither do we. Save the number. You'll thank us at 2 a.m.
-
Burst Pipe or Active Leak
Shut the main valve and call. We stop the water, dry the area, and get repairs scheduled.
-
Sewer Backup
Wastewater coming back up a drain or toilet means a main-line clog. Don't run more water. Call us immediately.
-
No Hot Water
Cold showers in winter aren't a luxury problem. We diagnose tank, gas, or element failure and get heat back fast.

Know Your Shutoffs
Don't know where your water shutoff is?
When a pipe bursts, the first minute matters. Here are the three shutoffs every homeowner should be able to find in the dark.
Main Water Shutoff
Usually at the meter near the street, or where the main line enters the home. One quarter-turn stops all water.
Water Heater Shutoff
A cold-water valve on top of the tank (or a flexible line into the tankless unit). Closes off heater supply without killing the rest of the home.
Sink and Fixture Stops
Small angle valves under each sink, behind each toilet, and behind the washer. Lets you isolate one fixture without losing whole-home water.
Septic Or Sewer?
We Work On Both.
Most plumbers stop at the curb. We handle the line to your home and what's beyond it, whether your waste runs to a municipal main or a backyard tank.
Sewer Line To The Main
Hydro-jetting, camera inspection, trenchless repair, and full sewer line replacement when the cast iron or clay finally gives up.
- Camera inspection of main line
- Hydro-jet root and grease clearing
- Trenchless repair and pipe bursting
- Cleanout install for future access
Tank, Drain Field, And Lines
Septic-line clearing, riser installs, drain-field troubleshooting, and routine pump-out coordination with licensed septic haulers.
- Septic line snaking and jetting
- Riser and lid replacement
- Drain-field flooding diagnosis
- Pump-out coordination and access

"1912 home with original cast-iron stack and a leak that two other shops told me required a full demo of the wall. Copper opened a single panel, repaired the spot, and the wall is back together in two days. Saved thousands and the period plaster."
P., Hyde Park
"Whole-home repipe in a 1923 four-square. Done in phases over three weeks so we never lost the kitchen for more than a day. Plumbing inspector said it was the cleanest re-pipe he had seen all year. Worth every dollar."
S., Clifton
"Restored the original 1908 clawfoot tub. They re-glazed the porcelain, replaced the internals, fixed the cold-side valve, and the tub looks museum-grade. Better than what a new one would have given us."
M., Mount Adams
"Burst pipe on a Sunday night in a 1925 home. Copper had a technician here in 80 minutes who actually knew how to fix the old system. Billed at the regular rate. No after-hours surcharge. Reliable, respectful, professional."
K., Mariemont
