How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most kitchens take 4 to 6 weeks from demo to final punch-list once permits are in hand. We give you the calendar on day one and update it weekly.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes. We handle every permit application, every inspection, and any HOA paperwork. You don't talk to the city or the HOA; we do.
Do you work with my own architect or designer?
Yes. Roughly half our projects come with an outside designer or architect. We collaborate happily and have references from designers we work with regularly.
What does the warranty cover?
Ten years on all workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, fixtures, and finishes pass straight through to you. If a tile cracks because the substrate moved, that is on us.
How do payments work?
Standard schedule is 10% on signing, 30% at demo, 30% at midpoint, 25% at finishes, and 5% on final walk-through. We do not ask for payment up front before any work is done.
