About Street Feast Sample
One Truck, Five Years, Every Taco Hand-Pressed.
Street Feast Sample started in 2020 with a converted Airstream and a Saturday morning slot at the Alberta Arts market. The first menu had four items. The crew was two people. The mission was straightforward: real wood-fired food, made the way our families made it, served from a window in our neighborhood. Five years later, we're a small crew of seven. We still hand-press every tortilla, still smoke the brisket overnight, and still keep the menu under twelve items so the kitchen never gets sloppy. The Airstream is still on the lot Thursday through Sunday. If you're catering an event, we'd love to talk. We've done everything from 25-person backyard birthdays to 180-person weddings on the Columbia. Most weekends book up 4 to 6 weeks ahead, so reach out early.

How far in advance should I book catering?
Two weeks is fine for weekday lunches. Weekends, especially summer, book up 4 to 6 weeks out. Weddings, ideally 2 to 3 months.
Where will the truck be today?
Thursday through Sunday we're at the lot at 600 Sample St. Monday through Wednesday we run pop-ups. Check Instagram every morning for the day's location.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes. The wood-fired veggie taco and the veggie bowl are both vegan if you skip the queso fresco. We can also do dedicated GF tortillas for catering with 48-hour notice.
Do you accept cards?
Yes. All major cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash also welcome.
How far do you travel for catering?
Standard service area is within 30 miles of downtown Portland. Beyond that we charge a flat travel fee depending on distance. Happy to quote.
