Delete Your Data
If you filled out a quote, booking, or contact form on a website hosted by Buildrok, you can ask us to permanently delete the personal data tied to your email address.
Request Deletion
Enter the email address you used on the form. We'll send it a confirmation link so only you can delete your data. The link expires in 24 hours.
What Gets Deleted
Every form submission tied to your email address across all Buildrok-hosted websites: your name, phone number, messages, custom form answers, any files you attached, and notes the business kept about your inquiry. Appointment records are anonymized so they no longer identify you.
Good To Know
- Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately after you confirm.
- This does not remove data the business may keep outside Buildrok, such as their own phone or email records. Contact the business directly for that.
- If you contacted a business using a different email address or only by phone, email support@buildrok.com and we'll handle it manually.
- Buildrok account holders can request their own account export and deletion from their account settings.
