Is there a contract?

No. Each plan is month to month, or you can pay for the receptionist yearly and get two months free. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. It runs to the end of the month or year you've paid for; there are no refunds for part of one.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The receptionist is free for the first 14 days, on either plan. You add a card when you start, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.

Is setup extra for the receptionist?

No. We set it up with you on a call and that's included in the monthly price.

What happens if the receptionist runs out of minutes?

150 minutes of calls are included each month. When they're used up it switches to taking messages instead of charging you more, and answers in full again when your minutes reset, on the same date each month. If you run out most months, Receptionist Plus has 400 minutes for $99 a month, and moving up has it answering in full again straight away. You can see the minutes used in your dashboard.

Do I need a Buildrok website to use the receptionist?

No. It works on its own, with whatever website you have or none. If you do have a Buildrok website, your website leads and your phone leads land in the same Lead Inbox.

When do I pay for a website you build for me?

$99 when you start, $400 when you approve the finished site, then $79 a month starting 30 days after go-live. You see your site before you pay anything.

What's the guarantee?

Websites we build for you come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day the site goes live. The full terms are on the guarantee page.

Does building my own website cost anything to try?

No. You can build the whole site and publish it at a free buildrok.com/s address without a card, and the quote form and Lead Inbox work there. Search engines do not list that address, so the plan is what puts your site on your own domain, with a standard domain included.

Do prices include tax?

No. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
