Every lead, in one place. Every job, accounted for.
Buildrok's Lead Inbox catches every form submission from every site you run, organizes it with a five-stage pipeline, and makes sure no lead falls into the void of a forgotten email thread.

Why it matters
Why a Lead Inbox beats an email folder
Most service-business owners run their leads out of an email inbox. Quotes get buried under newsletters. Follow-ups get forgotten. By the time you remember to call back, the customer has booked someone else.
You stop losing leads in the noise
A Buildrok lead doesn't compete with promo emails, billing alerts, or family group chats. It lives in its own dashboard, separate from the rest of your inbox.
You always know what to follow up on
Filter the inbox to anything in 'New' or 'Contacted' and you've got your call list for the morning. No more scrolling backwards through your email.
You see your real conversion rate
Move leads through the pipeline and the math is right there. How many leads quoted? How many booked? Your actual close rate, not a guess.
The pipeline
Five stages, exactly what you need
Built for the way service jobs actually move from a Google search to a paid invoice. Not a generic sales funnel.
New
Contacted
Quoted
Booked
Lost
New
A fresh lead from one of your sites. Hasn't been touched yet.
Contacted
You've replied or called. Waiting on the customer.
Quoted
You've sent a number. Now it's a real opportunity.
Booked
The job is on the schedule. Time to do the work.
Lost
Didn't close. Logged so you know your real conversion rate.
Multi-site filtering
Run more than one business? Keep the leads separate.
If you run an HVAC company on weekdays and a side detailing business on weekends, the Lead Inbox keeps them straight. Filter by site to see only one brand's leads at a time. Or drop the filter and see everything in one view. Your call.
- One account, multiple sites
- Filter the inbox by any site
- Search across every site at once
- Archive without deleting
CSV export
Bring your own CRM. Or don't. Your data is yours.
Already running HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or a Google Sheet you trust? One-click export pulls any slice of your inbox into a CSV. No vendor lock-in. No "premium tier" to unlock your own customer data.
- One-click CSV download
- Filter first, export only what you need
- Plays nicely with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Sheets
- No paywall on your own leads
Honest framing
Is this a CRM? Not quite. That's the point.
Most CRMs are too much for a one-truck plumbing operation or a two-person cleaning crew. You don't need deal stages with weighted forecasting. You don't need email sequences with A/B-tested subject lines. You need to know which leads came in this week, who you've already called, and who's about to book.
That's what the Lead Inbox does. If your business outgrows it, export to a real CRM and bring your full lead history with you. We won't hold your data hostage.
FAQ
Common questions
Is the Buildrok Lead Inbox a CRM?
It is a focused lead manager rather than a full CRM. It includes a five-stage pipeline, search, multi-site filtering, archive, and one-click CSV export. If you need email automation, deal values, or a sales pipeline beyond what a solo operator or small crew uses, you can export to your existing CRM at any time.
Does it work with multiple websites?
Yes. If you run more than one Buildrok site, the Lead Inbox aggregates leads from all of them and lets you filter by site so leads stay organized by brand or location.
Can I export my leads?
Yes. One-click CSV export of any slice of your Lead Inbox. Bring the data into HubSpot, Pipedrive, a Google Sheet, or any tool you already use.
What stages does the pipeline have?
Five stages tuned for service-business jobs: New (just submitted), Contacted (you've replied or called), Quoted (you've sent a number), Booked (the job is on the schedule), and Lost (it didn't close). Each lead moves through the pipeline as you work it.
Does it cost extra?
No. The Lead Inbox is included on every paid Buildrok plan ($29/mo Single Page or $49/mo Multi Page). Free preview accounts can build sites but don't have a paid plan, so leads aren't captured until you publish.
Can I add notes or tags to a lead?
Lead detail view shows the full submission with stage status. Notes and custom tags aren't currently part of the inbox. If your workflow needs them, we recommend exporting to a CRM that does. CSV export keeps your data portable.
