Is the Lead Inbox a CRM?
No, on purpose. It's a list of the people who called or filled in your form, with five stages, search, notes and CSV export. There are no email sequences, deal values or forecasts. If you outgrow it, export your leads and take them with you.
Do calls and website leads go to the same place?
Yes. A call your AI receptionist takes becomes a lead with the caller's details, a summary, the recording and the transcript, next to the quote requests from your website. Each one says whether it came from a call or a form.
Does it work with Jobber, ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
Not directly yet. Every lead also reaches you by email, and you can export your leads as a CSV whenever you want them somewhere else.
Does it work with more than one website?
Yes. Leads from all your Buildrok sites land in one inbox, and you can filter to one site at a time.
What stages does a lead go through?
New, Contacted, Quoted, Booked and Lost. You move each lead along as you work it.
Can I add notes or tags to a lead?
Notes, yes: every lead has a notes box, and the notes come with the CSV export. There are no custom tags.
Does it cost extra?
No. It comes with the AI receptionist and with the website plan.
